International Women’s Day

International Women’s Day

International Women’s Day is a global holiday celebrated annually on March 8 to commemorate the cultural, political, and socio economic achievements of women. There are so many times when we don’t really appreciate what women do for us. Here’s a big thanks to all the amazing women for their hard work and dedication. Happy Women’s Day!

Kartikeya Mahajan of grade 3 presents his tribute to his teachers who are all women of strength and character.

The little Pre- Nurserites started their journey of learning with hand prints.
As we are about to converge on the session end, they are ready to count the numbers and read the letters independently.
More glory to them in their onward journey!

“A child must know that he is a miracle, that since the beginning of the world there hasn’t been, and until the end of the world there will not be, another child like him.” ~ Pablo Casals

Children love knowing that they’re appreciated by the people around them. Praise them, and let them know that they are a blessing to this world. Each one is unique, and they will leave their own marks in this world. So, keeping these beautiful words in mind we at DPS 84, Gurugram organized their virtual talent show event with enthusiasm on the Zoom portal. It showcased the school’s leadership in the field of e-learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. The theme for the talent show was “Euphoria-Spreading joy on our way out…”

Through the programme, children learned that music is the universal language of mankind. It is the literature of the heart; it commences where speech ends. Above all the co-operation extended by all the parents, students and teachers was amazing.

” No matter where you are, no matter what you do,

Never stop believing the genius in you. “

Congratulations!!
The academic year has come to end. These little children have enthralled us with their wit and wisdom. Their love has kept us going. And now, that they are moving on, we wish them good luck. We at DPS 84 wished our tiny tots of Nursery good luck and felicitated them for their hard work throughout the year. We held an online rewards and recognition ceremony and awarded them proficiency certificates.

Effort always matters. And, a job well done should always be recognised, lauded and appreciated. At DPS 84 positive feedback and recognition are ways in which we acknowledge the accomplishments of our students. Presenting to our dear and valued community the Proficiency Ceremony for Grade KG, created with the hope that it will provide meaningful moments of recognition and inspire others by example. Kudos to our batch of 2019 – 2020. We are so proud of you!

Kudos to teachers

Kudos to our staff member ,it’s good to know that we are doing something good!! While the pandemic keeps us apart the distance of love can be bridged through words and art. Our students send us warm reminders of their love and respect for the teaching community. At DPS 84 this motivation from our students keeps us going! A big thank you to each and every student who has been together with us every step of the way during this online journey.

The more that you read

The more that you learn

The more that you learn

The more places that you will go

But you will still be in our cherished memories ….

Kindergarten is a beautiful phase of a student’s life and Graduation Day is the most precious day of this time. As our tiny tots are all set to step into the Primary Level, we bade them a little farewell by conducting an online Graduation Ceremony. The Kindergarteners dressed in their best and wearing their Graduation caps graduated to Grade 1 in this ceremony.

Vedha Trikha – Budding artist

Vedha Trikha of Grade X is a budding artist and here are some glimpses of her brilliant creativity. She shows an excellent eye for this particular form of art. In Japanese, “manga” refers to all kinds of cartooning, comics, and animation. Mangaka (漫画家) is the Japanese word for a manga artist. Outside Japan, manga usually refers to a Japanese comic book and mangaka refers to the author of the manga, who is usually Japanese. Kudos to our budding mangaka!
